L’Atelier Haute Cuisine: Gourmet à la carte dishes featuring starters such as tuna tartare and fresh coconut salad, main courses such as creamy rice with shrimp and duck confit, and desserts such as molten chocolate cake and ice cream made from Idiazabal cheese.

The menu features sashimi, salads, soups, tempura, maki rolls, sushi balls, nigiri, and main dishes like salmon teriyaki and duck confit, as well as an array of sides, vegetarian and gluten-free options, and delicious desserts. La Brisa Mexican Raw Bar: With views of the Caribbean Sea, the buffet lunch on the beachfront features different islands tended to by their respective chefs, each preparing ceviche and grilled specialties during the day.
