A Day in the Life
- Service existing customer’s travel reservations
- Assist sales team members with customer service tasks
- Offer outstanding service both on the phone and over email
- Problem solve travel related issues that arise
- Balance multiple service tasks while remaining on track

What you’ll Need
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Strong listening skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritize
- Customer Service Oriented
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, the internet, and email
- Houston Texans Fan is a plus #CowboysSuck
