Planning an overseas trip for 20+ family members is no easy task—but thanks to Sheba Matthews, our Spence Family Reunion in Jamaica was absolutely flawless from start to finish.

From the very first conversation, Sheba was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in making our reunion unforgettable. She guided me through every step—handling the initial details, securing bookings, managing payments, and keeping me updated on who had reserved. She even arranged transportation for every guest and ensured we had a private dining area for our reunion dinner. She also worked closely with the Riu Ocho Rios to secure a space for our meet-and-greet, which set the tone for the entire trip.

The RUI Ocho Rios exceeded all expectations! The service was exceptional—from our sweet and attentive morning server Janette, to the warm and professional evening supervisor Roxanne, and the rest of the incredible staff who made us feel welcomed and cared for. Every interaction was filled with smiles, kindness, and true Jamaican hospitality.

Sheba’s dedication allowed us to focus on what mattered most—spending quality time together. She checked in regularly, made sure every detail was handled, and went above and beyond to ensure every family member had a wonderful experience.

We were in Jamaica for nine unforgettable days, and every moment was filled with love, laughter, and memories we’ll cherish forever. We were truly spoiled by both Sheba’s service and the Riu Ocho Rios team.
