Being in customer service for the last 17 years for major retail companies has helped me tie into the travel industry and provide customer service and enjoying what I do every day. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and creating loyal, returning customers. Being in travel I have been able to see some of the most beautiful eye sights and relate experiences to customers. During my free time, I enjoy being with my family watching my 2 daughters grow.
