What was your favorite memory from your destination wedding?
“Our favorite memory was the week we got to spend with family and friends. It was truly a week long celebration just the way we wanted it to be. A close second was our first dance. The sky was absolutely beautiful, the weather was perfect, it just felt so surreal and I think the pictures show that.”
Describe your wedding style:
“Our wedding style was simple and beachy. We let the beautiful scenery speak for itself. We did pick more warm fall colors for our bridesmaids/groomsmen to fit with the season.”
Describe your favorite detail of your wedding:
“A few favorite details: we did a first touch instead of a first look, our personalized vows, and our officiant did an absolutely amazing job without ever even meeting us. She brought a calm presence and awareness to the day which was so appreciated and helpful.”
Tell us about your experience working with Modern Destination Weddings:
“Modern destination weddings was great from the beginning. The entire team helped us to narrow resorts, talk budget, then set up our website (which we LOVED), and book travel for us and all of our friends and family. They also helped us coordinate with our resort wedding planner leading up to the day of the wedding and even on the day of the wedding. They were even there for us when our flight was delayed and our luggage got lost. Truly so so so grateful for Modern Destination Weddings.”
