American Seafood Grill Under the Sea: American-style family restaurant with a focus on sustainable fish dishes and light cuisine. The impressive décor with an oceanic theme was created by the Mexican artist Susana Rubin. By using recycled toys and plastic picked up on beach clean-ups, the artist transformed waste into art.

Lemon & Spices Greek Tavern: Traditional Greek recipes with sustainably sourced fish: catch of the day in a salt crust, saganaki, pita bread with tzatziki… and for dessert? Baklava!

Trattoria Olivetti: À la carte lunch menu with Italian specialties: Roman-style pizza, pasta, and delicious meat and fish dishes (with sustainably caught fish), along with classic desserts like tiramisu. You can also grab snacks and drinks during the day at the Pizza Corner. For dinner, the place becomes a trattoria with a menu that takes you through the different regions of Italy.

La Pagoda Buffet: International buffet featuring live cooking demonstrations. Dishes served include pasta, meat, fish that has been sustainably caught, vegetables, and salads. Themed Mexican evenings and gala evenings.

Steak House – Prime Rib El Rancho: Is there anything better than a juicy rib eye or T-bone steak? This steak house serves the best cuts of meat for an à la carte dinner cooked to a degree of perfection that only the grill can achieve.

El Tapatío: À la carte dinners that include traditional recipes from all over Mexico.

Corner Sports Bar: Don’t put off your vacation just because your team is playing at the same time! This bar and restaurant is full of TV screens, so you can watch the game while enjoying a hamburger or burrito, or sharing some nachos.

Flamingos Bar: Here, you can enjoy a caipirinha made with cachaça following the traditional recipe. It’s just one of the many cocktails we can mix for you at this bar located between Trattoria Olivetti and the restaurant Under the Sea. It’s the perfect place for an appetizer before lunch or a cocktail after dinner.

Coco Snack Bar: At this snack bar located on the hotel’s beach, you can find quick bites such as fries, hamburgers, and salads, as well as all kinds of drinks. It’s open during the day so you don’t have to leave the beach if you don’t want to.

Las Rocas: Sip a frozen cocktail without leaving the water or drink a coffee while soaking up the sun in your lounge chair. At this bar, you can order whatever you want while enjoying the pool during the day.

El Puente Bar: This bar is located by the wave pool and is open during the day, so you can cool off with a refreshing drink while you catch some rays.
