What was your favorite memory from your destination wedding?
“Getting to spend a weekend with everyone! A lot of our family and friends live far away from us, so having a destination wedding gave us extended time to be with them. We were able to have time both before and after the wedding to just hangout and catch up with our loved ones.”
Describe your wedding style:
“Very classic and minimal. We had an all white/neutral wedding meaning that all of our guests wore white or neutral tones. This is very much our style and it went so well with the tropical background. All of our florals were white and we used clear/acrylic accents as well.”
Describe your favorite detail of your wedding:
“Probably having a friend as the officiant. It made the wedding so much more personal and it’s something we will always look back on and cherish.”
Tell us about your experience working with Modern Destination Weddings:
“MDW was so helpful with the planning process. I tried researching resorts on my own, but there are so many out there and it’s hard to know what fits in your vision/budget. It made planning so much easier and having MDW as our advocate with the resort’s wedding department was really helpful.”
